MKT SPIRAL DUCT AND FITTINGS

Located in York, Pennsylvania, MKT Metal Manufacturing, Inc. has been successfully supplying rectangular and round sheet metal ductwork with accessories throughout the Mid-Atlantic. They recently raised their commitment to mechanical, industrial and sheet metal contractors by adding the manufacturing of spiral duct. Production and inventories are now being managed in an additional 10,000 square foot facility.

Customers will also able to purchase spiral accessories from MKT as well. In addition to the 10' lengths, MKT inventories elbows, air-tites, high efficiency take offs, bell-mouths, duct connecting systems and duct hanging systems.

Customers will get the same attention to service they have come to rely on. From the initial take-off /estimate to the final delivery.

Materials used in the production of spiral duct:

1. Galvanized
2. Galvaneal or "paint grip"
3. Aluminum
4. Stainless Steel
5. PCD coated

Diameters produced: 4" to 100" capabilities

Lengths produced: MKT produces and inventories 10 foot lengths of all diameter duct. Specific lengths, longer or shorter than 10 foot are available, up to 20 foot maximum.

Gauges: Up to 14 gauge

Coatings: Coatings for industrial or aesthetic applications are available
PCD pre-coated galvanized spiral duct
Powder coated for a multitude of colors is available on request

Double wall insulated duct:

1. perforated inner wall for insulation and decibel applications
2. solid inner wall for insulation only
3. Note: Johns Manville "Spiracoustic" is a viable alternative to double wall in certain circumstances or applications. Please call or MKT for further information
