Millennium Science
The Farfield Company partnered with MKT Metal Manufacturing to Pre-Assemble Duct for the Millennium Science Complex at Penn State University in Centre County, Pennsylvania.
The science research complex is a low energy, LEED Design that encompasses 297,000-square-foot building housing two of the university’s premier research organizations – the materials research Institute and The Huck Institutes of the Life sciences. The complex includes 60,000 sq ft. of green roof, quiet labs, nano-clean rooms, and equipment for Penn State’s Engineering, Science, and Earth and Mineral Science programs. The total cost of this project was $225 million dollars!
